Cancellation & Refunds Policy

This policy is applicable for customers (“Customers”) who subscribe to paid plans of WhiteCoats (“WhiteCoats”) – a division of ValueMomentum Software Services Private Limited (“Company”) – by making a payment to the Company. It does not apply to subscriptions for free plans or where the subscription was activated without the customer making a payment to the Company directly.




If the Customer or WhiteCoats cancels an active subscription for any reason, the Customer will be refunded the amount paid by the Customer as per the policy listed below.

  • Up to 80% refund if the subscription is cancelled within 1 month (30 days) from the payment date (activation date). This includes the initial setup cost that will be incurred for the activation of the accounts. Eg. Website, WhatsApp Chat-bot, Appointment booking system, Patient Android app etc.


Subscription activation date is the date on which the Customer made the payment to the Company for subscription activation.


In case a subscription was upgraded or downgraded while active and then subsequently cancelled, the period of 30 days shall be measured from the original subscription activation date and not the date of subsequent subscription upgradation or down gradation.




Refunds are only issued for payments to be processed as per the cancellation policy. All valid refunds are processed by the Company’s payment services provider and can take up to 30 days to reflect in Customer’s account. The mode of refund will be the same as the one through which the original payment was received. If the same is not possible for any reason deemed valid by Company, the Company the refund would only be issued through bank transfer from the Company to the Customer’s bank account.
